To start, Mill Creek Ranch Resort is located in Historic Canton, Texas in the beautiful East Texas Piney Woods. During your stay here you can go antiquing at our area shops, play some golf at the Twin Lakes Golf Course, check out one (or both) of the area wineries, or go bass fishing at nearby Lake Fork (although we prefer to call it bass catching). If you are traveling with children, there is also Yesterland Farms and the East Texas Gators and Wildlife Park for family friendly entertainment. How about an adrenaline rush, check out the Wired Zip LIne and Challenger course that is just next door to the resort.

Our Texas vacation rentals are fully furnished to sleep up to six and are equipped with full kitchens. The cottages are cozy and comfortable but with modern amenities. Cozy and quaint doesn’t have to mean lacking a little luxury. Enjoy your evenings on the back porch or take advantage of the many amenities offered at Mill Creek Ranch Resort. During your stay here we have a plethora of activities to keep you entertained. Have some fun in the sun at one of our two property pool areas, or take advantage of the Hot Tub on a chilly winter evening or make a fire in one of the many fire pits. We also have over 4 miles of hiking and walking trails.  Try out our disc golf course, multi sport court, stocked fishing ponds and live music at the grand lodge every Friday night.

No place does the holidays like a small Texas town, and the whole town of Canton really gets into the holiday spirit. You can also check out the Christmas light displays for a good old fashioned drive-through in nearby Athens and Santa Land. At Mill Creek Ranch Resort, we also have a New Year’s special, with cottage rentals only $125 a night Dec. 31- Jan. 1.
